Arrow New Build, Need Suggestions

Hi, I've made a new build based on the feedback on my previous thread LOD vs. WOH. so here it is

orison of healing
dwanya's kiss
Light of Deliverance [E]
Healing Touch
Healing Seed
Smite Hex
Dismiss Conditions
Rebirth

Healing Prayers 12+1+3
Divine Favor 12+1
Protection Prayers 3+1

The build hasn't been tested yet but i think it is a sold build, versatile and easy to use. The only thing i think is a problem is that it lacks healing power, as OoH and DK are the only heals. Healing Touch is your self heal, and can be used to heal party members in close proximity. LoD is used to heal massive AoE on the party, while Healing Seed is used on tanks to mitigate damage. Smite Hex and Dismiss Condition are used to remove hexes and conditions. Rebirth is obviously used to ressurect and avoid aggro.
Thank you for your suggestions they are all appreciated.

Since LoD barely benefits from DF, why not try dropping that a bit lower and taking some protection spells to lower incoming damage instead?

Well...Healing is, compared to Protection, an inefficient use of energy, even more so when you get to higher-level areas. Since your high Divine Favor only applies to yourself when you use Light of Deliverance, and usual other Healing spells are considered crap, try to bring some protection.

I'll post a sample...

Mo/E
Divine Favor: 10 +1
Healing Prayers: 11 +1
Protection Prayers: 10 +1 +1

Light of Deliverance {E}
Reversal of Fortune
Protective Spirit
Dismiss Condition
Signet of Devotion
Holy Veil
Glyph of Lesser Energy
Aegis

OP: What are you talking about? He did give you feedback. Most experienced monks are going to suggest that you dabble in some Prot skills. I'd suggest redistributing the attributes to 14 Heal 11 Prot 9 DF and grab another Prot skill or two.

Healing Touch is almost never needed. It's a good self-heal, yes, but you can get more from that slot by bringing something else. Orison and LoD should be all the self-healing you'll need apart from maybe Signet of Devotion.

Speaking of Orison, I'd really try to find a different skill for that slot. Orison is versatile but not very efficient. If you wanted to redistribute some points and get 10-11 Prot, RoF would be a good replacement imo. If you want to stick to healing there aren't too many options, although Ethereal Light is good if you use it correctly.

Healing Seed has uses, but I'm not terribly fond of it. I'd replace that with Shielding Hands or Guardian.

EDIT: Lightning beat me to the punch. The build he posted is pretty good, although I'd consider swapping Dwayna's Kiss in place of Sig of Devotion since it already has GoLE. Kiss one of the best healing skills and it combos well with things like Aegis and Prot Spirit.

I second the nomination of Dwayna's Kiss. I find it kind of amazing that it isn't an elite.

While Dwayna's Kiss sure is nice against those Hex Pressure builds, it's not nearly good enough to be an elite. It would need to be way less conditional or way stronger without the condition for that.

s7j3, I dont think the build needs any editing if your using for PvE. It pretty much covers every aspect of healing except for a large amount of hexes. The only debatable skill to be changed is Healing Touch which I would keep because if you were under a considerable amount of pressure Orison and LoD wouldn't be enough to stay alive.
